Current housewives favourites One Republic rolled into the Academy tonight to deliver the goods. Singles ‘Stop and Stare’ and ‘Apologise’ were obvious crowd pleasers, but the band deserve a lot of credit for the polished performance that they served up to the sold out crowd.
Another interesting shoot tonight, mainly due to Ryan Tedders piano! The frontman was positioned stage centre which restricted what I could shoot down the middle due to the sheer size of his ivories, however it also acted as a great prop to work into the composition.
Lighting was pretty sweet as you’d expect - two spots followed Tedder around and there was a mainly mellow purple that backlit the rest of the band.
